Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 3–4 business days for standard delivery across Australia. Got big relish plans? We recommend ordering ahead!

Shipping Costs We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide. Free shipping may be available on orders over a set amount — check at checkout for the latest offer.

Tracking Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can stalk your parcel every step of the journey (we get it).

Delays During peak periods (hello, Christmas gifting season!), delivery times may be slightly extended. We'll always do our best to get your relish to you ASAP.
